Gyproc® Moisture Resistant - H1 is a moisture resistant
plasterboard consisting of an aerated gypsum core with
water repellent additives encased in, and firmly bonded to
strong paper liners.
The 12.5mm thick version is enhanced with additional sagresistant
additives to allow fixation at greater spans on
ceiling application.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Gyproc® Moisture Resistance - H2 is designed for use in
Gyproc® partition, lining and ceiling systems where greater
level of moisture resistance is required. It is also suitable as
a base for tiling.
Key facts
Fast installation
Lightweight material.
On-site technical support available via Area Technical Support Managers.
Description
Gyproc Paper Tape is designed to have added tensile strength to prevent tearing, wrinkling or stretching. The centre crease allows simplified application in corners, whilst chamfered edges and spark perforations prevent bubbling and blistering. Also designed for reinforcing flat joints when finishing plasterboard joints. Provides improved resistance against cracking
Field of Application
Used for reinforcing flat joints and internal angles in both manual and mechanical jointing systems
Description
Gyproc Plasterboard Adhesive is a gypsum based powder adhesive that is mixed with clean water and is used as a bonding agent to line bricks, blocks, concrete or sand and cement rendered walls with Gyproc plasterboards.
Field of Application
Used to bond a range of Gyproc plasterboards to many different types of background surfaces, providing a smooth crack-free surface with a small cavity allowing for electrical cables and small pipes. It is not suitable for substrates exposed to moisture or for fixing plasterboards to ceilings. Gyproc Plasterboard adhesive mixed with water has a typical working time of 100 minutes.
Description
Gyproc Regular consists of an aerated gypsum core, firmly bonded to
strong paper liners, suitable for drylining internal surfaces. Configuration 1
Complies to ASTM & EN standards Configuration 2
Complies to EN standard only
Field of Application
It is suitable for use in Gyproc® partition, lining and ceiling systems where normal fire, structural, and acoustic levels are specified.
Description
Rigitone Mix is a ready filler for Rigitone perforated plasterboard joints. It forms part of the Rigitone Ready Mix Set and is used in the Joint Filling Technique.
Field of Application
Rigitone Mix 600ml is applied using Rigitone Pistol and the Rigitone nozzle. Once joints are generously and completely filled and screw heads covered (using Rigitone screw head template), a minimum of 24 hours drying time needs to be respected before sanding.
Description
Rigitone is a modern acoustic system offering optimum solutions for acoustic ceilings and walls which perform two key functions. On the one hand, the broad spectrum of acoustic boards offers virtually unlimited design scope for creating highly attractive rooms and buildings.
Field of Application
Ceilings
Description
Gyproc Sealant is a ready-to-use, water based, low VOC sealant. It is easy to apply and efficiently seals internal and external joints between construction parts subject to stress. Gyproc Sealant is used for sealing air paths to reduce air-leakage and optimize sound insulation performance. It cures at room temperature at ambient humidity conditions and requires no surface pre-treatment or primer in most surfaces
Field of Application
Suitable for sealing joints; between walls and ceilings, in blockwork (where only low movement is expected), around door and window frames, ventilation grills and for sealing duct holes. Can be applied to porous substrates such as plasterboard, metal, concrete, plastics, cement, blockwork and wood
Description
Gyproc Shadow Angle is a primed, pre-formed aluminium trim for design effects on Gyproc MF ceilings.
Field of Application
It enables to create a shadow gap of 15mm along the ceiling perimeter.
DESCRIPTION
These channels and associated accessories are
designed for providing seamless suspended ceilings
that can be either flat or curved. Also available in increased gauge upto 0.9mm with increments of
0.1mm, MF7 and GA1 also available in 1.5mm gauge thickness
* Bespoke lengths available on request

Description
Self-drilling and specially designed for increased gauge Gypframe X components up to 3mm
Field Of Application
Used for assembling Gypframe X metal components where minimal disruption to the gypsum board lining is desirable.
Description
Gyproc Tie Wire Anchor is zinc coated and corrosion resistant. It uses a reliable wedge anchor fixing with a closed eyebolt design to suspend Gypframe T Grid and Eco T Grid ceiling systems from concrete soffits
Field Of Application
Gyproc Tie Wire Anchors are designed for either cracked or uncracked concrete soffits. The wedge anchor design may also be used on other solid masonry backgrounds
